A lot of outdoor work looks fine for a season and then starts to move. Posts lean, paving settles, water finds the low corner of the patio. Almost always it comes back to the ground underneath.
So we do the groundwork properly. Ground is excavated to the right depth, sub-bases are compacted in layers, posts are set in concrete below ground level, and falls are designed to carry water away from the house rather than towards it.
Because we run our own plant and handle our own excavation, that preparation isn’t an afterthought or something subcontracted out. It is the first part of the job, and it is the part we take most seriously.
